The Aromatic and Medicinal Plants Cooperative of Bni Boufrah consists of 35 women who produce dried plants and essential oils out of aromatic plants traditionally used by moroccan women. The cooperative was created thanks to the colaboration of two organisations: the Spanish "Codespa Catalunya" and the moroccan "Asasha", the co-op was founded out of a development plan aiming to bring a better autonomy to the women from Bni Boufrah (county of Al Hoceima, Morrocan Rif).
